Add Flat Rates to Solutions

Add flat rates to solutions on the provider portal:

Step 1: Click on the Rates tab in the left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Click on the Rates button corresponding to the solution for which you would like to add a flat rate.

Step 3: On the Rates Add/Edit page, select Flat Rate in the Rate Basis dropdown.

  Step 4: Add the flat rate for the solution in the Flat Rate value field.

Step 5: Click on the Save changes button.

Step 6: When an advisor generates a quote for this solution, the final quote value displayed would be the flat rate entered. Please find below the snapshot of a quote generated for a fixed rate solution on the advisor portal.
