Restricting Quoting of Solutions

Our platform allows providers to restrict the quoting of a solution for either 1 year or 2 year periods.

To restrict the period:

Step 1: Click on the Rates tab in the left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Click on the Rates button corresponding to the solution in which you would like to restrict the period of quoting.

Step 3: On the Rates Add/Edit page, select 12 Months or 24 Months from the Period dropdown.

Step 4: Click on the Save Changes button.

Step 5: When an advisor generates a quote for a per employee per month rate basis solution, all calculations in the quote report generated are based on the period selected by the provider. Please find below a snapshot of a 2 year(24 months) quote generated.
