1. Increase the Content on your Solution Page by Including a Keyword Rich Description - Our search algorithm favours the most relevant content when ranking solutions. This includes the product name, description, and any uploaded files or videos. The description should include information about your product or service using common letter cases, keywords, and related situations that advisors or employers may need to search a solution for.
*Note - This also includes using the Group Name Alias - This provides an opportunity to list an alternate name for your Solution which may help advisors searching the marketplace.
2. Create Multiple Solutions and/or Variations - Providers have the ability create an unlimited number of solutions, so if a product or service is very comprehensive and has several scenarios which it could be applied to, you can break that product up into multiple solution pages. An example would be to create an overall "Employee Benefits" solution and then separate more specific solutions for each component such as "Extended Health" and "Dental". This will help advisors find a specific solution that is attractive and stands out from other search results.
Providers can also create parallel solutions for value added differentiations, not necessarily something that could be purchased on a stand alone basis but may draw attention into to the broader offering of that provider. An example of this may be claims management, plan member experience, fraud detection or new features. These are all services that can be highlighted, shared with employers, and ultimately create interest in pursuing a full quote.
Lastly, Providers may offer their solutions through multiple distribution partners such as TPAs. You can invite partners to list versions of your Solution by joining the Marketplace, this increases your reach and likelihood of being discovered.
3. Create Exclusive Solutions - When Providers join the Solution Marketplace they generally create 'open' solutions, these are Solutions are visible to all Advisor Partners and Employers on the platform. Exclusive Solutions are created for designated Advisor Partners and only visible to those selected to have access to them. CloudAdvisors, in collaboration with our Advisor Partners, can allocate your Exclusive Solutions to only a specific firm or group of firms. This allows Provider Partners to add exclusive rates, white-labelling, exclusive features, or proprietary solutions for only those partners that have access to quote and sell.
4. Purchase Keyword Tags - Once you've accomplished the above you're now ready to ensure that you stand out from the crowd. Keyword Tags are a simple way to ensure that you own certain products, services or categories that you care about. You can easily view Keyword Tags that are already purchased and added on platform. If the keyword is not listed it's available for purchase, otherwise it may be available for bid. Keyword Tags will add a bold highlight to your solution as well as boost it to the top of the results for any searches of that keyword. Keep track of searches using the word cloud, check your own search results and boost your results by purchasing keyword tags.
5. Activate Instant Quotes to Drive Traffic - While Advisors and Employers searching the Solution Marketplace may start by looking for information, they ultimately will need a quote to buy your product or service. With Instant Quote you can provide the answer to "what does it cost?" immediately on platform. Upload your rates or contact us for custom rate requirements and activate Instant Quote. Search listings will be updated to reflect that the 'Quote' button now says 'Instant Quote' and all users will receive a notification of your new update. CALEB Insights are also connected to Instant Quote solutions, scanning thousands of group files for strategies to present to advisors that ultimately connect to Solution Matches and Quotes.
Bonus Tip - Make sure you follow these steps when adding both English and French solutions. Creating seperate French solutions with French language materials and videos (if available) is essential for many of our Advisor Partners and Employers. Many Advisors are bilingual but may prefer searching for French language solutions first making this a great section of the Marketplace to stand out.
