Who is C.A.L.E.B.?
C.A.L.E.B. is the Advice Assistant built into the CloudAdvisor platform. It uses the latest AI technology to monitor, analyze and display Insight for every client and prospect on a daily basis. This enables Advisors to consistently bring valuable recommendations and considerations to clients and prospects all year long.
What is a C.A.L.E.B. Insight?
An Insight represents an idea, a strategy or a talking point for a group. Insights are presented to Advisor Partners in a dashboard that lets them search and filter for each of their groups. Insights are presented each day as "Need Action" and can then be acted upon, approved as a recommendation, saved as a consideration, rejected or marked completed. Insights also directly link to searching the Solution Marketplace using the "Search Solutions" button.
There are hundreds of insights available to each group looking at aspects of group data, governance, contacts, benefit plans, financials, claim and retirement plans. Insights are also growing and changing to keep pace with feedback from Advisors and Employers.
Every Monday Advisor Partners receive an email, the Daily Rundown which highlights notifications on platform, amongst them, the total number of insights available for their advisory firm as well as daily new insights that need action.

How do Advisors use C.A.L.E.B.?
Advisor Partners review C.A.L.E.B. Insights for ideas to present to clients and prospects before, during or after meetings. Recommendations and Considerations are saved an organized in an automated "Plan Audit Summary Report" that can be presented to groups via the portal. Individual Recommendations or Considerations are also saved on the Timeline and can be shared one by one at any moment to a group contact. In this way Insights can be turned into action, advice that Advisors deliver to decision makers to explore new ideas and connect to available Solutions in the Solution Marketplace.
How can Providers take advantage of C.A.L.E.B.?
The first is making sure all of your Solutions are uploaded so that searches for certain solution categories like "EAP" or "Disability" show listings that include your Product or Service. The second is to work with our Product Team to help design new C.A.L.E.B. Insights. Our team is constantly teaching C.A.L.E.B. new things to look for in every group. You can think of an Insight like a Problem finder, a problem for which you as the Provider have a Solution. Providers may have specific strategies or use cases where their Solution has been effective. Provider Partners can submit strategies to C.A.L.E.B. in order to search thousands of client files for opportunities to present their ideas to Advisors and Employers.
