You can add Provider Contacts, in addition to users on the CloudProvider platform.
Provider Contacts are visible to Advisor Partners in an Provider Directory. In this way you are encouraged to add all of your regional sales and support staff that Advisors may wish to connect with for questions.
Step 1. - Navigate to your Provider Contacts Listing
Step 2. - Add Details for a Provider Contact
Include Name, Email, Job Title and Regions (if applicable)
Step 3. - Designate a Provider Contact Recipient by moving the last field from "No" --> "Yes". This is the contact that will receive email alerts regarding quotes.
