LeadGen Tool For Prospecting / Prospector

1. Log into the system https://benefits.cloudadvisors.ca

2. Hover over the My Account menu and select Invite:

3. Click the Invite For Employer Benchmarking Leads button:

4. Copy your personalized Invitation Link and email directly to your prospect lead. (this link can also be shared through marketing sites, LinkedIn etc.)

5. Your prospect will gain access to your free evaluation page to enter their contact details: 

*If you have permission from your Prospect, you can fill in the First Name, Last Name and Email Address on their behalf. Once the Prospect details are logged on CloudAdvisors you can share the prospect's benefit and retirement booklet to [e-mail] 

6. Once you prospect confirms their email address, they will be redirected to the Plan Evaluation Page to enter in their basic group and plan details:

7. Once they click Submit, they are re-directed to their custom Benchmarking Evaluation Page:

8. Prospect will have the option to click the Upload button to upload their current benefit booklet for more detailed benchmarking:

9. CloudAdvisor Support staff will receive the booklet upload and enter their current coverage into the system. We will send you a note once the Benchmarking Dashboard is ready.
