Generate PDF Benchmarking or Plan Evaluation Report

1. Log into the system https://benefits.cloudadvisors.ca, and click the top right Group name to ensure you are in the correct group. Type in at least 3 letters to generate the drop down list of groups to select from. 

If your group is not currently in the system you will need to Add a New Group.

2. Hover over the My Evaluation menu and select Benchmarking:

3. Compare by the provided selections:

National - All Clients on the platform (13,000+)

Industry: All Clients within this industry, in Canada, all sizes

Region: All Clients within the Group's current Province, all industries, all sizes

Size: All Clients within the Group's current size range, all industries, all Canada

OR

Click the Advanced Filter option at the top of the Comparison box -  available only for PRO PLUS accounts. 

** If you receive an error message, please contact Support to unlock the Advanced Filters.

4. Ensure the correct Summaries (Page 1 Benefits, Page 2 Retirement) are selected for your current Group, click Next.

If all Summaries remain checked, the system will Benchmark off the highest coverage per benefit. For example, if the Executive class has higher coverage than the Employees class, the system will show the Executive coverages in the Benchmarking comparison for this group. 

5. Select the industries, regions, and sizes to for the comparison group:

Scroll to bottom of page to view the number of comparison groups included in your selection, if ready to view click Submit. 

6: You will now see the selected comparison listed in the Advanced Filter box. To edit this selection click Compare By. 

Click through the Categories to each Benefit section on the Benchmarking Dashboard:

7. Export or Share this data:

Share to Employer: Share directly with your client through an invitation to the platform (this will only allow access to the group you have shared from)

Export Category: Exports the highlighted (current) benchmarking page as a JPEG to your computer, this will provide a one-page document. 

Generate Report: Create a PDF Report by selecting the desired report and language from the pop-up screen and click Proceed: 

Plan Evaluation Report: Includes BAR Score, Insights, Solution Matches, and Benchmarking

Benchmarking Report: Benchmarking data only 

Retirement Report: Retirement Benchmarking data only

8. Your Plan Evaluation Report will generate within 5 minutes and be available under Reports: How to Access Reports
