**Please note that you cannot create the Benefit Summary without creating a Benefit Plan first. See "How to create a new Benefit Plan?" article if needed).**
Step 1: Log into the platform through https://login.cloudadvisors.ca/ (read the article "how to log into Cloudadvisors.ca?" article, if needed.)
Step 2: Enter your client name in the "Group" search tab
For example, if the group name is "Dunder Mifflin," type "Dunder" in the tab and search, the group name should show up under the search tab. If not, it means the client group is not on the platform yet, and you need to create one.

Step 3: When your client's name shows up under the search bar, click on your client. You will see the name is locked in the Group search bar.
Step 4: Click on "Benefit Plans" then "Summaries" in the drop-down of the Navigation Bar on the left

If you see your client shows up at the "No data available in table" section, it means the Benefit Summary for your client is already created.
---> Read "How to edit the Benefit Summary?" if needed.
Step 5: Click on "Add Benefit Summary" on the top right corner.
Step 6: Select A Benefit Plan. If your group doesn't have a flex plan, make sure you select "No" for Flex Plan.
Step 7: Summary Info - Create the division and class for your group.
Step 8: Fill out Policy & Eligibility and Definition of Earning sections if the information is available.
Step 9: Select "Yes" to the covered benefits.
Step 10: At the bottom right, click on
When you see this message pop out (as screenshot below), that means your Benefit Summary is created! Click "OK" to continue.
You will notice you are back to the top of the page, but this time, the system will tell you which benefits are included for this group, but there is no detail for them yet. Simply click on the benefit category to add more info.
If your group has more than 1 class, you will need to create multiple benefit summary for them.
-->Click on "Benefit Summary List" on the top
-->Then repeat from Step 5 to Step 10 to create as many classes as you need.
Please also note that if you have different providers for the same group, you will repeat the same steps for each provider!
