**Please note that you cannot create a new Long Term Disability coverage without setting up Benefit Plan and Benefit Summary. See articles "How to create a new Benefit Plan?" and "How to create a new Benefit Summary? " if needed.**
Step 1: Log into the platform through https://login.cloudadvisors.ca/ (read the article "how to log into Cloudadvisors.ca?" article, if needed.)
Step 2: Enter your client name in the "Group" search tab
For example, if the group name is "Dunder Mifflin," type "Dunder" in the tab and search, the group name should show up under the search tab. If not, it means the client group is not on the platform yet, and you need to create one.

Step 3: When your client's name shows up under the search bar, click on your client. You will see the name is locked in the Group search bar.
Step 4: Click on "Benefit Plans" --> "Benefits" --> "Long Term Disability" in the drop-down of the Navigation Bar on the left side.

If you see your client shows up at the "No data available in table" section, it means the LTD details for your client are already created.

Step 5: Click "Add New Long Term Disability"
Step 6: Ensure to choose the division and class you want to add the coverage for.
Step 7: You will notice the "Policy and Eligibility" section comes up again, which is the same as the section we saw in Benefit Summary. Everything got copied over from there, but feel free to change any details if you need it. You can also find "Termination Age" at the end of this section.
Step 8: Fill out the information such as "Overall Maximum" and "Own Occupation Definition."
Step 9: Fill out the LTD Schedule.
If your benefit amount only has one schedule or one percentage, just click on the "+" sign on the right (circled in orange), and enter the percentage under the "Percentage" column. For example, if the amount is "66.67% of the Employee's monthly salary," your LTD Schedule will look like this:
If your benefit amount has multiple schedules or tiers of percentage, click on the "+" sign on the right (circled in orange) as many times as you need to get the number of the correct tiers. You can then enter the percentage and tier maximum accordingly. For example, if the amount is "75% of the first $3000, and 45% of the remaining," your LTD Schedule will look like this:
Step 10: Click "Save Long Term Disability" to save all the details.
When you see this message pop out (as screenshot below), that means your LTD is created! Click "OK" to continue.
If you have multiple classes to enter, please repeat step 5 to 10 to create the coverage for every class.
