Step 1: Log into the platform through https://login.cloudadvisors.ca/ (read the article "how to log into Cloudadvisors.ca?" article, if needed.)
Step 2: Enter your client name in the "Group" search tab
For example, if the group name is "Dunder Mifflin," type "Dunder" in the tab and search, the group name should show up under the search tab. If not, it means the client group is not on the platform yet, and you need to create one.

Step 3: When your client's name shows up under the search bar, click on your client. You will see the name is locked in the Group search bar.
Step 4: Click on "Benefit Plans" --> "Benefits" --> "Short Term Disability" in the drop-down of the Navigation Bar on the left side.
--> You will be on this page and all your client's division and class listed on the page like the screenshot below.
If you didn't see any division and class, it means you haven't created a Short Term Disability coverage yet.

Step 5: Click on the Edit button "" on the right for the STD you want to change.
Step 6: Edit any information you need in the STD Section if needed.
Step 7: Edit the STD Schedule, if needed.
If your benefit amount only has one schedule or one percentage, just click on the "+" sign on the right (circled in orange), and enter the percentage under the "Percentage" column. For example, if the amount is "60% of the Employee's monthly salary," your STD Schedule will look like this:
If your benefit amount has multiple schedules or tiers of percentage, click on the "+" sign on the right (circled in orange) as many times as you need to get the number of the correct tiers. You can then enter the percentage and tier maximum accordingly. For example, if the amount is "75% of the first $3000, and 50% of the remaining," your STD Schedule will look like this:
--> To remove a tier, simply use the "-" button on the right.
Step 8: Click "Save Short Term Disability" to save all the details.
When you see this message pop out (as screenshot below), that means your STD is updated! Click "OK" to continue.
If you have multiple classes to enter, please repeat step 5 to 8 to create the coverage for every class.
