**Please note that you cannot create a new Dental Care coverage without setting up Benefit Plan and Benefit Summary. See articles "How to create a new Benefit Plan?" and "How to create a new Benefit Summary? " if needed.**
Step 1: Log into the platform through https://login.cloudadvisors.ca/ (read the article "how to log into Cloudadvisors.ca?" article, if needed.)
Step 2: Enter your client name in the "Group" search tab
For example, if the group name is "Dunder Mifflin," type "Dunder" in the tab and search, the group name should show up under the search tab. If not, it means the client group is not on the platform yet, and you need to create one.

Step 3: When your client's name shows up under the search bar, click on your client. You will see the name is locked in the Group search bar.
Step 4: Click on "Benefit Plans" --> "Benefits" --> "Dental Care" in the drop-down of the Navigation Bar on the left side.

If you see your client shows up at the "No data available in table" section, it means the Dental Care details for your client are already created.

Step 5: Click "Add New Dental Care"
Step 6: Ensure to choose the division and class you want to add the coverage for.
Step 7: You will notice the "Policy and Eligibility" section comes up again, which is the same as the section we saw in Benefit Summary. Everything got copied over from there, but feel free to change any details if you need it. You can also find "Termination Age" at the end of this section.
Step 8: Fill out the information on Dental Deductible (if applicable.)
Step 9: Fill out the information on Basic Dental Coverage.
Click on the "+" sign on the right (circled in orange), and enter the percentage of the coverage under "Coinsurance," and the maximum at the space for "Basic Coverage Maximum." If your coverage only has one tier, feel free to leave the Tier Maximum blank.
If you have a coverage that includes two tiers, click on the "+" sign on the right (circled in orange) twice to get the number of the correct tiers, and enter the coverage accordingly. For example, if the coverage is "80% of the first $1000, and 100% of the remaining," your entry will look like this:
Step 10: Fill out the information on Major Coverage (if applicable). It follows the same format as the Basic Dental Coverage!
Step 11: Fill out information on Orthodontics Coverage (if applicable).
Step 12: Fill out other Dental Coverage details
Step 13: Click "Save Dental Care" to save all the data.
When you see this message pop out (as screenshot below), that means your Dental Care is created! Click "OK" to continue.
If you have multiple classes to enter, please repeat step 5 to 13 to create the coverage for every class.
