Tags are special priority keywords that are associated with a solution listing in the solution library. Tags have a higher priority in search and are related to premium listing in searches. Tags are enabled on our side as a Paid Engagement to boost search results with keywords or phrases.
Providers can purchase a word for any solution such as EAP, Life Insurance, Mental Health, Orthodontics etc. When an Advisor or their client searches for those terms in the solution library the associated solution will show up right on top even against competing solutions with similar descriptions. This is useful when competing in a crowded space that has many providers active and there is less differentiation.
How can I view tags that are already in use / purchased?
On the left hand side navigation menu click on "Keyword Tags" to view current tags purchased on platform. Any keyword NOT on this list may be available to purchase, keywords on this list may be available for bid to purchase.
How can I use tags?
Tags can be added to highlight key differentiation or niche search terms that relate to your solution. Tags can be product or service types, categories as well as keywords or combinations of keywords from product descriptions.
