**Please note that you cannot create the Benefit Summary without creating a Benefit Plan first. See "How to create a new Benefit Plan?" article if needed).**
When creating each Benefit Summary, the classes will be the options of coverages.
For example, the group only has one class. There is coverage for Life Insurance, AD&D, and LTD, but Extended Health Care and Dental Care each have three options, you will create one class with Life Insurance, AD&D, and LTD, then create each class for each option of Extended Health Care and Dental Care.
Your Benefit Summary list will look like this:
There are 7 classes in total.
For example, if your group has 2 classes, make sure you create class 1, and class 2 with fixed coverages, then a total of 6 options for Extended Health Care and Dental Care.
Use the steps below to create each division and class:
Step 1: Log into the platform through https://login.cloudadvisors.ca/ (read the article "how to log into Cloudadvisors.ca?" article, if needed.)
Step 2: Enter your client name in the "Group" search tab
For example, if the group name is "Dunder Mifflin," type "Dunder" in the tab and search, the group name should show up under the search tab. If not, it means the client group is not on the platform yet, and you need to create one.
