**Please note that you cannot create the Retirement Summary without creating a Retirement Plan first. See "How to create a new Retirement Plan?" article if needed).**
Step 1: Log into the platform through https://login.cloudadvisors.ca/ (read the article "how to log into Cloudadvisors.ca?" article, if needed.)
Step 2: Enter your client name in the "Group" search tab
For example, if the group name is "Dunder Mifflin," type "Dunder" in the tab and search, the group name should show up under the search tab. If not, it means the client group is not on the platform yet, and you need to create one.

Step 3: When your client's name shows up under the search bar, click on your client. You will see the name is locked in the Group search bar.
Step 4: Click on "Retirement Plans" then the "Summaries" in the drop-down of the Navigation Bar on the left side.

If you see your client shows up at the "No data available in table" section, it means the Retirement Plan for your client is already created.
---> Read "How to edit the Retirement Summary?" if needed.
Step 5: Click on "Add Retirement Summary" on the top right corner.
Step 6: Summary Info - Create the division and class for your group.
Step 7: Fill out Policy & Eligibility and Definition of Earning sections if the information is available.
Step 8: Select "Yes" to the covered pension plan type. Please note that Spousal RRSP is on the right corner, and separated from Group RRSP.
Step 9: At the bottom right, click on
When you see this message pop out (as screenshot below), that means your Retirement Summary is created! Click "OK" to continue.
You will notice you are back to the top of the page, but this time, the system will tell you which plan is included for this group, but there is no detail for them yet. Simply click on the benefit category to add more info.
If your group has more than 1 class, you will need to create multiple retirement summaries for them.

-->Then repeat from Step 5 to Step 9 to create as many classes as you need.
