The Plan Audit Report is generated from Build Reports after a user has reviewed and selected "Recommendation" or "Consideration" from the CALEB Insights.
1) Choose CALEB Insights from the left hand menu and review each insight.
Any insight marked as "Approve as Recommendation" or "Save as a Consideration" will be automatically added to the Plan Audit Report along with a rationale comment and an Advisor commentary box.
If you need to move an insight that has already been selected, you can do so from the Status menu at the top of the screen. If you have chosen an insight as a "Recommendation" and you'd like to move it to "Consideration" select "Recommendations" from the drop down menu, choose Recommendations and click Search, and then reassign the insight.
Advisory Commentary is defaulted to reflect the status and priority of a recommendation versus a consideration but can be edited to add additional notes, next steps, or suggestions for solutions.
2) Choose Build Reports from the left hand menu and scroll to the last option and click "Plan Audit", and "Plan Audit Summary Report" from the drop down. Then select "Generate Report".
3) Once the report has been generated, and the Advisor has written in any comments, select "Save Reports" from the top right hand side.
The report will be automatically saved into "Manage Reports" and can be viewed, downloaded, or shared with clients directly through the system.
