The Member Data Spreadsheet Template can be downloaded from the platform for simple updating. Once completed, upload the spreadsheet back into the system to maintain the most current member information and begin generating more customer based quotes, insights, and benchmarking.

SAMPLE
Gender - Male, Female or Prefer Not to Say. We recognize gender classification may be outdated, however most insurance companies still require a male or female designation in order to produce rates.
Coverage - Single, Couple or Family. This refers to the plan members current status of dependents who may be eligible for coverage.
Age - In replacement of date of birth you can simply supply the current age.
Basis - Hourly or Salary depending on the individual's compensation.
Earnings - A required field used to produce earnings related to benefit quotes and benchmark costs for benefits. Dependent on Hourly or Salary amounts.
Date of Hire - Date this person started employment with the group.
Province - Province of residence.
Hours Per Week - If unsure or not defined, enter 40 hours for full time.
Occupation - This is an optional field that some providers may require. Enter job title or general description such as "Office" or "General Labourer".
Member Status - Most members should be Active, but use this space to designate special conditions such as leave or retired.
