May 2024 - Personalized Homepage - Major Design Upgrades

This Month has brought some major upgrades to platform, including:

- An all new personalized homepage showing each use relevant details about their group summary, block summary and preferred vendors.

- An all new group profile to make it easier to create groups, contacts and upload booklets for evaluation.

- An all new user profile, cleaned up to make it easier to find basic functionality like forgot password.

- An all new main navigation with easier group selection, branding, language selection and reduced dropdown menus

- Consolidation Marketplace view to include filters for select all solutions versus preferred vendors and only those solutions available for ‘Instant Quote’.

- Consolidation of Instant Quotes and Requested Quotes pages with a simple filter.  Added a convenient ‘Download Form’ to all Requested Quotes.

- Updated ‘My Account’ to ‘Tools’ as it only includes sales tools like Block Summary and Lead Generation, whereas user profile moved to user name in main bar.  Removed ‘Invite’ page and consolidated with Lead Gen dashboard.

- Removed “Covered Conditions” benchmark from Critical Illness on both dashboard and reports.

- Advancements to AI Model to improve accuracy on Sun Life and Manulife booklets

- All Plus customers to run advanced filters for plans with no summary, for example prospects where the advisor hasn't received the benefits plan or the prospect has no plan yet.

- Added ‘Tier 2’ Coinsurance benchmarks to reports.
