Benefit Plan Files - Secondary Industry and Province
CloudAdvisors allows every group to have a benefit plan made up of as many summaries as needed (Provider / Division / Class) and now with Version 2 you can change the industry and province to further categorize the benefits by summary for every class
Benefit Plan Files - Claims Experience
Claims Experience files has been added allowing users to enter unique claims by benefit line for each benefit summary. Claims can be added manually for any time period the advisor wishes to report on and to a varying level of detail. Future functionality will allow advisors, for authorized groups and providers to be able to upload detailed claims files directly.
Benefit Plan Files - Financials
Financials files have also been added for every benefit summary with options to record data for premiums (volume and rate) by benefit line. Financials can also be managed by status: previous, proposed renewal, revised renewal and current. Instances of renewal rates can be used to automatically generate renewal reporting for each group. In addition, renewal factors, ASO fees and commissions can be recorded by summary, by benefit for every group.
Provider Files - Solution Library
CloudAdvisors Version 2 also brings the all-new Provider File section which is growing weekly and provides access to a diverse listing of business to business providers, their contacts as well as their various current solutions. Solutions range from products to services that an advisor may have access to promote, refer or sell to clients. It can be daunting to track the many new, old and changing solutions available in the marketplace so our Solution Library will be your one stop shop to search and share one-pagers with prospects and clients. The dynamic search will also help you uncover similar and differentiated solutions by keyword tags.
Annual Governance - Governance Report
This report directly draws on the new Governance Page, locking in your review with a professional, dated, client-ready report. The report is branded and colour-coded to show fields completed or not as well as not applicable. Upon completing the governance review, save the data and generate this report to share with clients leaving the governance page dynamic to make future changes and updates on the next review of the checklist. The Health and Dental Summary report is the basic report which can track, monthly, the premium vs claims for health and dental, compared to target loss ratios. Use this report for tracking monthly or quarterly claims progress or as an annual review. The Claims Experience Detailed Report provides a table for every aspect of detailed claims that have been added.
Benefit Plan Renewal

At launch, the Benefit Plan Renewal category will feature a benefits plan summary and financial summary. The benefits plan summary will detail in an organized table the benefits plan design. The financial summary will detail the current premiums, by employee and employer as well as a breakdown of current commissions. The platform is capable of generating a complete renewal report, combining these and other elements into a single document. In future releases, we will be adding more separate reports, as well as a standard renewal template and an optional custom renewal process.
