1. Conduct a Meeting with CloudAdvisors on screen
- search for client and have CloudAdvisors open on Manage Reports on laptop/tablet screen
- if possible connect/project to boardroom screen
2. Utilize timeline, solution library, build reports and manage reports to conduct the meeting
- making physical notes on paper or making mental notes of key points to summarize in "Meeting Notes" after meeting
- use "Meeting Notes" report to summarize and document key points and action items.
3. Save "Meeting Notes" report as PDF.
4. Enter Timeline Event on Date and Attach "Meeting Notes" report
5. Share Timeline Event along with Report to Client Portal.
