1. Log into the system https://benefits.cloudadvisors.ca, and click the top right Group name to ensure you are in the correct group. Type in at least 3 letters to generate the drop down list of groups to select from.
If your group is not currently in the system you will need to Add a New Group.
2. To enter in the Cost Sharing data, hover My Evaluation and select Group Profile and click Premium Splitting:
If the cost sharing is the same for all classes, select Apply to all classes, or click the individual class you are entering
3. Enter in the cost share for Employees and Employers per benefit and click Save:
4. Hover over the My Evaluation menu and select Benchmarking:
View the Premium Splitting tab on the Benchmarking Dashboard, your current clients split will highlight to match.
The Shared Cost data will be broken down further below:
** How to read example: In the 16% of groups which have a Shared Cost for Life Insurance, 95 % of them are 50/50 split, 5% are 60/40 split.
The cost share breakdown is currently available on platform only, however it can be downloaded as a JPG to your computer:
5. The system will default your view to National if no filters have been previously set for your client or Prospect. You can utilize the quick filters:
National - All Clients on the platform (17,000+)
Industry: All Clients within this industry, in Canada, all sizes
Region: All Clients within the Group's current Province, all industries, all sizes
Size: All Clients within the Group's current size range, all industries, all Canada
OR
Click the Advanced Filter option at the end of the Comparison box for a custom selection.
