1. Log into https://benefits.cloudadvisors.ca and click the top right Group Name to ensure you are in the correct group. Type in at least 3 letters to generate the drop down list of groups to select from.
*** If this is a new group, please create the group: Add a New Group
2. Go to the My Evaluation menu and click Group Profile
3. Click on the Upload Plan tab. Click the box or drag and drop any documents you wish to add into CloudAdvisors. Please upload booklets five at a time.
5. To view uploaded documents, hover over My Evaluation menu and click View Reports. Select Plan Documents from the sidebar.
6. ***Please allow 3-5 business days for our Data Entry team to complete the Audit, an email will be sent to you and the Advisor once the Group is ready for Plan Evaluation.
