1. Log into the system https://benefits.cloudadvisors.ca

2. Hover over Tools and select Leads:

3. Copy your Personalized Invitation Link for marketing and media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Email Signatures.

If you have your leads Name and Email Addresses, enter them to Email their Invitations directly:

4. Your prospect will gain access to your free evaluation page to enter their contact details: 

5. Once you prospect confirms their email address, they will be redirected to the Plan Evaluation Page to enter in their basic group and plan details:

6. Once they click Submit, they are re-directed to their custom Benchmarking Evaluation Page:

7. Prospect will have the option to click the Upload button to upload their current benefit booklet for more detailed benchmarking:

8. CloudAdvisor Support staff will receive the booklet upload and enter their current coverage into the system. We will send you a note once the Benchmarking Dashboard is ready. 

9. Track the status of your Leads from the Leads page to see where they are in the process:
