Generate PDF Reports

1. Log into the system https://benefits.cloudadvisors.ca, and click the top right Group Name to ensure you are in the correct group. Type in at least 3 letters to generate the drop down list of groups to select from. 

If your group is not currently in the system you will need to Add a New Group.

2. Hover over the My Evaluation menu and select Generate Report:

3. Select which report to generate: 

Plan Evaluation Report: Includes BAR Score, Insights, Solution Matches, and Benchmarking

Benchmarking Report: Benchmarking data only 

Retirement Report: Retirement Benchmarking data only

Benefits Summary: Group Plan data only - no benchmarking or comparison

Priority Insight Report: BAR Score and Insights only - no benchmarking

4. For Plan Evaluation, Benefits Benchmarking and Retirement Benchmarking - Select the comparison industries, regions and sizes: 

5. Ensure the correct Summaries are selected for your current Group.

If all Summaries remain checked for Benefits, the system will Benchmark off the highest coverage per benefit. For example, if the Executive class has higher coverage than the Employees class, the system will show the Executive coverages in the Benchmarking comparison for this group. 

If the group is a blank group - there will be no summaries to select, however the report will generate with the common data. 

Select the comparison Class Types:

For Plan Evaluation and Priority Insight Reports, click Refresh Insights to generate custom recommendations for the group summaries you've selected:

 

Add or Remove Insights from your report by checking and clicking Remove or Add Insight. Once they Insights have been confirmed by you, the report can be generated:

If you receive a Low number, you will need to add additional industries, regions, sizes or classes to the comparison selection. The Comparison Group Count must be higher than 20 Groups:
